The war to motivation - 2 books to change your career and even life

"There's no mystery to turning pro, It's a decision brought about by an act of will. We make up our mind to view ourselves as pros and we do it. Simple as that."

"The war of Art" and "Turning Pro" which I read after my internship in 2015 and 2016 in 2 months was two (02) strong books that penetrated my reading capacity and also the way to follow your dreams are depicted with beautiful and strong words.

Now this two books are a very defintion of how the motivational books should be written.

Specially self-help books.

The first quote from the "The War of Art" is given above.

The writer has become a talented author depicting the concept of motivation through words where it penetrates the reader's mind in a strong manner.

I will not keep quoting the book but it is a very strong book if you are seeking motivation.

Steven Pressfield, the author is a former marine. In 2003, he was made an honorary citizen by the city of Sparta, Greece.

He brings out his personal struggles and also his practical experiences in fighting resistance and how to specialize in a profession.

He brings out universal examples and sometimes his own "models" or "scenarios" to create motivation in the reader.

"The War of Art" and "Turning Pro" is like having an energy drink.

It's a real long term motivational boost.

A must read for any professional.
