This is Sumudu Niragie Senevirathne's second short story collection containing seven short stories.
This collection of short stories tries to surpass the realism in the first collection of short stories written by the author, 'Gihin enna carnival' through fusing the village and urban lives of Sri Lankans and their mythical beliefs through well-written language skills.
Though this doesn't become successful as the writer's previous short story collection use of language and structure of the stories are very innovative.
